A lot of real estate agencies offer classes to become licensed. So you may want to start there. You take the course and then the test to become a licensed real estate agent. I had a friend that did that and said it was not easy to pass. She did pass, did it for awhile on a part-time basis and quit because she didn’t like it and wasn’t making any money. Are you sure this would be a good field to get into right now as horrible as the market is?

I just paid for this diet, so I hope it works. I am still reading the manual this week. Here is what I know…Everything she says is accurate from a dietitian’s view. I used a diet that is extremely similar about 10 years ago. I drank 90 ounces of water everyday, walked 5 miles 6 days a week, and followed the similar meal plans. I lost 50 pounds from July 15 to November 20 that year. I lost that diet plan, so I bought this one after reading about it. Hope that helps.

if my hcg level is at 1400 how many weeks do you think i mite be? accordong to my last missed period the doctor told me i was alomost 6 weeks. they did an ultra sound and saw nothing not even a sac. so my blood test showed that my hcg level is at 1400 and i dont get the results for the other blood test for another 2 weeks. how far along mite i be?

The other answers are clear enough about obtaining your real estate license. Getting the license is certainly easy enough and in some states you can do most or all of your pre-licensing classes online. Making a living selling real estate is the hard part though. Talk to a number of newer agents already in the business, find out about their experiences, number of hours worked on average, and how much money are they making. The first couple of years in our industry shows an extremely high dropout rate. If you really like having and expect a regular paycheck to show up, be prepared for the real world of real estate. Not for the faint of heart.

Actually, reports of other whale species, such as grey whales, or pilot whales becoming stuck or beaching are not at all uncommon. Some species, like blue whales, probably don’t get stuck in situations like that as often simply because they normally inhabit much deeper waters, and don’t get close to the shore like humpbacks, greys, pilots, orca and dolphins often do.
